The second stage of analysis includes an evaluation of all comparable's to analyze and grade amenities and market rates. This requires a visit to the subject property and market.

The third phase provides an analysis of market conditions and a guideline in order to competitively position the subject properly with regard to market rates, amenities and floor plans.
